So many amazing trips but one of the most amazing would have been the Aman property in the Phillipines

Being there 24/7, getting clients boarded when they're checking in and being told they can't board

What has been the biggest change/challenge you have experienced in the travel industry in the last 20 years? And how did you overcome that change/challenge?
Everything going electronic, I remember the old days of paper tickets. It was much easier, no more urgent Sub60 couriers.
