Flight-inclusive departures booked more than 11 months in advance may be subject to additional supplements when airline fares are released unless a $2000 deposit is paid, then Wendy Wu Tours will guarantee the price at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required within five days of confirmation. A further flight payment of $1,600 per person may be required at the time of booking to issue airline tickets, depending on the airline.
