*20th Anniversary Competition Terms & Conditions: To enter the competition entrants are to enter their details in the competition form & sign up to receive direct marketing material from Travel Managers Group Ltd associated members via the competition subscription form accessible from the www.travelmanagers.co.nz website. When subscribing to receive direct marketing material from Travel Managers Group Ltd and entering this competition, eligible entrants are agreeing to the terms of Travel Managers Group Ltd privacy policy available at https://www.travelmanagers.co.nz/privacy-policy
The competition commences 9am on Monday 15 August 2022 and ends at 5pm on Monday 12 September 2022 (“Promotion Period”). By providing their details, registrants give permission for Travel Managers Group Ltd to send email, post or mobile text message updates of which they can opt out at any stage. Competition entrants must be 18 years or over to qualify.
There will be two (2) eligible entrants selected as winners across the Promotion Period (“Prize Winner(s)”). One (1) Prize Winner who selected the San Francisco prize in the entry form and one (1) Prize Winner who selected the Fiji families prize in the entry form. The 2 Prize Winners will be drawn at random, and notified by phone or email by 5pm Monday 19 September 2022. Judges’ decision is final. If the Prize Winner(s) are not contactable by 5pm Wednesday 21 September 2022, then another Prize Winner(s) will be drawn.
San Francisco Prize includes: Economy return tickets for two (2) people flying United Airlines to San Francisco departing Auckland. Valid for travel to San Francisco between 01 November 2022 through to 31 October 2023, subject to availability on booking class K, holiday blackout periods apply. Two (2) United Airlines United Club airport lounge passes to use before the return flight from San Francisco to Auckland, access is subject to space availability. NZ$1000 travel credit can be redeemed by the Prize Winner for additions to their trip and will be managed by the Travel Managers travel booker. The travel credit must be used for the trip associated with the prize and cannot be transferred to another trip.
Fiji Families Prize includes: Economy return tickets for four (4) people flying Fiji Airways to Nadi departing Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. Valid for travel to Fiji between 01 November 2022 through to 30 September 2023. School holidays blackout dates apply and flights are subject to availability. NZ$1500 travel credit will be held in the Prize Winners name and can be redeemed by the Prize Winner for additions to their trip and will be managed by the Travel Managers travel booker. The travel credit must be used for the trip associated with the prize and cannot be transferred to another trip.
General prize conditions that apply to both prizes: Blackout periods apply & bookings must be made at least 90 days prior to travel. Prizes must be claimed as is, are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange. Prize Winner(s) and people travelling accompanying the prize winner(s) are subject to the terms and conditions of carriage of suppliers. Winner(s) and companion(s) must travel together. All prizes are subject to availability and at the discretion of Travel Managers Group Ltd. Travel Managers Group Ltd will cover the airline taxes for both airfare prize components. Transfers to your closest New Zealand departure point, alterations to the prize, accommodation & additional travel arrangements & applicable fees, stopovers, travel insurance, additional meals, spending money, visas, vaccinations, destination entry requirements plus any other associated expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner(s). Travel insurance is strongly recommended. If you're not able to travel on the prize arrangements due to COVID-19 restrictions or for any other reason Travel Managers Group Ltd accepts no liability for changes or cancellations to your travel and you’re accepting that you will be responsible for managing any COVID-19 related travel disruptions and associated costs. The Travel Specialist to book the travel of the prize winner(s) will be determined by Travel Managers Group Ltd.
Travel Managers Group Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Only valid for one entry per person. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry is open only to New Zealand residents. Travel Managers Group Ltd Marketing may contact the Prize Winners for use of their name and for travel photos of them using the travel prize, which the Prize Winners give permission to use across Travel Managers marketing channels. Employees and associated members of Travel Managers Group Ltd and Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd, its related corporate bodies, any travel agency, airline and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
