Fantastic job - you're so organised I never have to worry!
Thank you once again for the fantastic job you do when you book our holidays – even at the last minute! LOL You are so organized and I never have to worry about anything and great follow up as well! We’ll try to be a bit more organized next time. Absolutely loved Phuket and we can’t wait to go back again. - Dorice Moyle
Hi Michelle - all sorted - have booked with XXX Airlines instead through to XXX and will be on the XXam flight landing into XXX on XXth. XXX has emailed me, so I will reply, but if you could text her, that would be great. I already thought you were the worlds best travel agent, but I am more convinced than ever now. Amazing to have some common sense and understanding at the other end of my email. You're a star - thank you. ~ Jennifer Tunna
You have outdone yourself
Michelle, you have outdone yourself, we are having a great holiday. We're on the ship now, it is really good, the crew are great and the stop offs are a great way to see several countries, admittedly quickly but its perfect for us. We are looking forward to our 3 nights in Venice and are really looking forward to getting home to the kids. Thanks so much for organizing this for us. ~ Warren & Heidi
You were a big part
Michelle, thank you. We were thrilled with the whole trip and feel that you were a big part of that. - Mike Wolffram
We thank you for being so professional and really getting to know your clients needs before sending them on their travels.
Thank you so much for organising such a fantastic holiday. Never having been to Hawaii before we were unsure about what we were wanting to cover on our trip. You managed to encompass everything and more. Our first 5 nights at Ohana West Waikiki were great, very central so I could achieve all of my shopping dreams! Then it was on to Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore. Only one word to describe this; amazing! What a fantastic location. How many people can sit and sip on a cocktail while only metres away we could almost touch our son who was having a surf lesson. And as if that wasn’t enough swimming with the turtles was magic. Beautiful all-round. Highlight of our trip. Then on to Maui. Another gorgeous location, very Hawaiian, beautiful beaches and more amazing shops (just in case I hadn’t done quite enough shopping!) Then back to Waikiki, the Hilton Hawaiian Village, WOW, what an experience, this place is huge. Once again very central, close to everything including the beach and lagoon. Thanks again. The Newtons, Beth, Storme and Josh.

"I just wanted to say thank you so much, we had an amazing time on our honeymoon and loved every minute of it. We were also very lucky to be upgraded to The Sanctuary - so that was a lovely surprise.
Thank you for helping to organise it so quickly for us, we are so happy and pleased with our time away. :-)" - Erin H
Thank-you so much for organising the Antarctic trip for me, it was truly one of my best travel experiences yet!
The flights Auckland to Ushuaia Via Buenos Aires where we boarded the ship were spot on.The extra accommodation in Buenos Aires and the Cycle Tour of Buenos Aires, that you recommended were excellent also.As for the voyage from Ushuaia to Sth Georgia then onto the Antarctic and back to Ushuaia via Cape Horn, that was a once in a life time experience, that words cannot describe, there was just so much going on, the wild life was amazing, as was the endless information supplied to us by the crew…
Thank so very much for the huge effort you put into putting this together and follow up, you are so organised Michelle, it all just happened as it was meant to..
Till the next time, don’t know where that will be, as I have no more Continents to stand on!! - Peter Knight

Fafa Island Resort
1st October 2012
I visited Fafa Island Resort in October 2012.....
We transferred from the airport to the wharf and then across to Fafa Island. The boat ride takes approx. 30 minutes.
When you arrive you are taken up to the restaurant area where you are met and all taken to your Fales. This is where the magic begins. Each Fale is different but all in keeping with the Polynesian style. Beautiful wood with a big King size bed with mosquito net draped over top. There is no air conditioning however there is a ceiling fan and the fale is open to the front so you get a nice breeze. The bathrooms are amazing all outside in your private garden. The room has a small fridge. They deliver to your room a thermos of hot water every morning for you to make tea/coffee.
Outside of your fale is your own double hammock and deck chairs and your own private pathway to the beach. It is a stunning beach of white sand and beautiful blue water.
As you are in the garden you are always hearing the birds.and please be aware if you don’t like being woken early in the morning then I suggest ear plugs as they start singing at about 5am.!!!. This didn’t bother me as there is no night life on the island and most people were in bed by 10pm most nights.
The food at Fafa is beautiful, you don’t get a huge choice but you don’t need it: 3 entrees and 3 mains and 1 or 2 choices for dessert. The menu changed every day and for the 4 days I was there we didn’t double up. They don’t have a shop so you are unable to purchase any snack food so I would suggest you take that over with you, otherwise is isn’t a problem for the resort to make some hot chips you just had to wait for them to cook them.
The staff at Fafa are lovely, you notice that they are shy and more quiet than say the Fijians.they are reserved and they leave you alone. They will do all possible to make your stay enjoyable but they won’t be annoying you on the beach asking you if you want a drink as they don’t want to disturb you. If you want drink and you are outside your Fale on the beach you will need to walk to the restaurant and get it. If you do want a drink at the beach then you will need to pre-organise this. You can also have room service but you need to organise this direct with the restaurant prior to meal times.
There is no TV, Radio or telephone in your Fale. There is no internet. This is a complete escape. (Although we did manage to pick up wifi outside reception albeit briefly)
You can do snorkelling trips to outer Islands and also if in season you can go whale watching, July - November. There is snorkelling , volleyball, kayaks, catamaran, French bowls and that is about it. This island is all about complete relaxation.
You can do a trip into town for a look around and there are also the blow holes to go visit which were very interesting, but you must go on a high tide to get the maximum benefit.
If you want privacy and complete relaxation and to not be disturbed and want to lie on the beach or in a hammock and read a book or do absolutely nothing then this is the place to go.
I love Fafa Island and I am sure you will too.
