Hey there, I’m Rachael! I have had over 20 years in this industry (yes I started in Primary School!), and I still love it. I have had some amazing jobs that I have been lucky enough to travel the world with.

I have stories upon stories of places I’ve been, people I’ve met and all things in between. I have lived in the United States and on an island in the Whitsunday’s of Australia (a hard job, but someone had to do it!). I have traveled to South America, Africa, Australia, most of the Pacific Islands, many places in Europe & lots of Asia. You are never more alive than when you travel and I’d love to help you plan your next holiday. My husband and I along with our 2 grown daughters recently did a big trip ( Aug-Sept 17 ) to the USA including LA, Vegas, New York and then Fiji on the way home. The holiday was FABULOUS! and was all down to Rachael's excellent knowledge, recommendations and experience. We wouldn't have thought to stop in Fiji ( I was opting for Hawaii ) , but this was a fantastic idea given the time difference is the same as NZ and we could acclimatise etc. This was Rachael's suggestion along with many others that made for a seamless and stress free holiday. This is the second big trip we have booked through Rachael and wont be the last !. We live in Tauranga and have actually never met Rachael, but her efficiency and commitment to detail to ensure a memorable holiday speaks for itself !!!!! I highly recommend !

I can fully recommend Rachael. She is unlike other travel broker in that she anticipates what may come and makes recommendations accordingly. We used her for a 5 week trip through South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mauritius, Singapore and Australia. NOTHING went wrong. All our transfers, flights and accommodation were all arranged as planned and all worked! I have no hesitation in recommending Rachael.

Rachael is by far the best travel broker. She has been doing our travel arrangements for a number of years and every time gets it right. We don't give her much information to work with but she knows our likes and dislikes so well that we leave arrangements in her hands. She is happy to give recommendations and will tell us if our choice of country, activity is not for us. Professional, efficient, Rachael gets the job done with great accuracy and communicates regularly on where arrangements are at.
